  This place used to be awesome, and the food was the best chinese I have had in northern Nevada. I am not sure if management changed, but my last experience there will be my last at all, and I discourage anyone from giving them their business. I ordered a to go order at 3:20 pm and was told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I got there at 3:50 and was told by a white girl with dark hair at the counter "it'll be a couple more minutes", so I said ok, paid (even giving a very generous tip for a takeout order because I had a card and not cash... my mistake), and waited. At 4:10, someone else's food came out, and I asked where mine was. The girl said the chef in the back had JUST started my food because he had been on the phone this entire time. I asked to speak to her manager, she said he would be out in a couple minutes. No one came. At 4:15 I explained that I had to leave because I was delivering food to someone and I needed a refund. The girl in the front flippantly said to just "wait a few more minutes" and disappeared until 4:30, entirely disregarding my request for a refund, when I was already VERY late, and gave me food that gave me FOOD POISONING and had me sick for a day and a half. No manager, no apologies, nothing. Eat there at your own risk.
